Watching: Killer Klowns from Outer Space
So I belong to two awesome site, one lead to the other. The second newer one is dA, and I never would of even thought to join if it hadn't been for this lovely little forum called mfn. I remember joining and seeing that all these people had cool pictures going with their posts, and I was like that's awesome. After having a few made for me, I wanted to make stuff like that too! So blah blah blah, to make a long story short, that's how I discovered photoshop and the lovely sort of art I love and am going to go study in the fall. So I figured I need a journal entry dedicated to the amazing work of the amazing people who belong to both mfn and dA. Weeeeee....time to begin!
First up, is *QueenIndra She is talented in so many ways, from amazingly realistic drawings, to breathtaking photography to some delightfully quirky creations I'm completely blown away every time I check out a piece by her.
The next of the mfn deviants is ~twiggy101 She seems to share a simmilar liking for dark/fantasy-esque manipulations, and I absolutely love her use of textures. She also has some gorgeous nature photography in her gallery.
This here is my friend ~NezzyTC Her gallery is quite different from what you usually come across at dA, but in my opinion that makes it even more worth checking out. She's studying to become an architect, and in both the photographs of the models she builds and her art photography of existing structures she offers a wonderful glimpse into the world of architecture.
~odj310388 has taught me sooooo much, I don't know where I'd be without this guy. He's been patient enough to answer all my ridiculous photoshop questions like "Omg you can load brushes?!?!? HOW??!?!?!!" and "What's a layer?" He takes simply breathtaking photography, I'm particularly jealous of his shots of the sky. And on top of that he also does some awesome manips.
Sooo that sums up this entry's look into the awesome artists of mfn/dA. I know I haven't got to everyone, but there'll be a part 2.
